Our purpose.
Established in Luxembourg, our Think Tank brings Ukrainian and European stakeholders together to prepare for sustainable development and reconstruction.
Our focus is investment structuring, risk mitigation and practical cooperation. Luxembourg provides a base for dialogue between experts, businesses and institutions.
